		<description><![CDATA[Slowed my shutterspeed and jerked the camera a bit to get a Monet style shot of the Nagoya Castle Gardens.  I did this to do something different, but also because many of the flowers were withering.  I thought this would look better albight it&#8217;s not a look for everyone.
