			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a frontman to a Visual Kei Rock group playing in Nagano Japan.  The shot was taken in total darkness along with one warm flashlight to give the lighting effect.  There is an &quot;intentional&quot; slight blur in the photo as requested by this artist.  He wanted a slight edgy look and did not want a crisp photo.  I remember he was very strict about that.  Now that is something to think about&#8230;. when you want blur in the photo it can actually be difficult to obtain.  Go figure.  These photos were used in the band&#8217;s magazine released in Japan. </p>
