Lanterns in the wind found in downtown Nagano City, Japan near the place where I go to the Dentist. I had 15 minutes to kill and saw these.

Paper Lanterns are always a fine subject to photograph in Japan. These lanterns are sponsored by Asahi Beer Company and are very colorful. They are on display at Zenkoji, TeDangling Asahimple in Nagano City Japan during the Spring Cherry Blossom or Hanami festival.
